Our 2024 Fall Session of Basic/Mainstream and Plus Lessons begins with a Free Open House on Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm, at Trinity Church of Austin, located at 4001 Speedway, Austin, Texas 78751.

The purpose of the Open House Night is to introduce people to basic Square Dance calls and Line Dance moves, so there will not be any Plus instruction that night. But, if you have graduated from the Basic/Mainstream Lessons and are interested in taking Plus Square Dance Lessons, please come join us, meet new people, be a Square Dance Angel for those that are being introduced to Square Dancing for the first time, participate in the Line Dances, and have some fun!

Be sure to let us know that you want to take the Plus Lessons, so we can sign you up for those Lessons. This will let us know how many people will be taking the Plus Lessons.

The first Plus Lesson will be the following Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 8:45 pm to 9:45 pm, at the same location, Trinity Church of Austin. The parking lot is across the street (40th Street) from the church, and you will need enter the church through the 40th Street entrance.  Water, coffee and refreshments will be provided.

In order to take the Plus Square Dance Lessons, you should have graduated from the Basic/Mainstream Lessons at least 6 months prior, have been dancing regularly since that time, and have a good understanding of all the Basic/Mainstream calls.
